1. It will be the discretion of taxlazy.com (“we/us/our”) to accept or not any or all of the queries raised to us by the person raising the query(ies) (“you/your”).
2. In case you have asked multiple queries as one, or you have provided inadequate information, the query will be revised to reflect the scope accurately, we will request you to separate each query and/or modify the scope. Once you have accepted the scope so modified, it will constitute the final scope of the query. Unless you and we agree on the final scope, we shall not accept to provide our professional advice for your query(ies).
3. Please rest assured that we will not overcharge you, because we have a strong Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) angle in addition to being a business service.
4. We shall provide you the online fee payment link once we have accepted to provide you our professional advice for your query(ies) and you have agreed to the terms of this contract.
5. You will pay us United States dollars 100 per each query raised by you before we provide our professional advice.
6. Once you pay the fees, you will receive a fee receipt.
7. Our standard time for providing our professional advice for a query is 72 hours, unless the query requires more research, in which case, we will prescribe the time and agree with you beforehand.
8. We shall provide our professional advice in response to your query within the prescribed time starting from receipt of funds in our account.
9. We do not provide any guarantee that the advice we provide in response to your query reflects the views of the government authorities, the judiciary, or any other party, and we do not accept any responsibility for any loss caused to you due to the advice provided by us.
10. Engagements that we accept and clients that we serve are on the principle of reasonableness of the query raised by you and the consequent advice provided by us. Our fees are pro bono, and we sincerely endeavor to provide the best service. While your satisfaction is our highest priority, we cannot guarantee it. In case you are not satisfied with our services, you can request a refund of the fees received by us from you. Our decision to accept or reject your request for a refund will be guided by the principle of reasonableness and shall be not be challenged by you in any court of law or any other authority.
11. Checking the box provided above means that you have read the terms of this service contract described herein above, and knowingly and willingly provide your acceptance with the same.
